They'll prepare anything on the menu however you want it done. I had the budda wrap w/o hummus and no oil/fatness and just subbed hot sauce. The Veggie sandwich was good, too. The nice thing is that you can get a side baked potato w/o anything on it. Its not the greatest baked potato, but I give Flowering Tree the thumbs up for serving healthy options. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, but if I am in the area, its the best choice by far for anyone who has to eat out often. The staff was really nice and accommodating. I also had a fresh carrot juice with ginger that was really good. Parking is easy at the meters on the side street. Prices are lower than most places.
