I've done Kreation twice, you are basically talking small tapas, like hummus, and salsas for bread, but I believe if the owner is there she kicks it up a notch. Its a nice place and all organic and I've dined next to some vegan celebs there!

pradeep's on Montana is not veg or vegan, but it has some pretty damn good indian food. not very oily. they know what vegan means there, too.

I'll have to check that place out, we default to Chandni, which is fine and all, but not the Indian Excellence we were used to in St.louis

Good point! A little variety along the coast would be nice. I love seed but would like to try some other places too.

Has anyone mentioned that Long Beach needs some good places?

Yeah Inn of the Seventh Ray just doesn't cut it, Malibu and Palisades really need a vegan restaurant for the veg celebs! I'm surprised a vegan thai joint hasn't opened up there is tons of abandoned property.

LB has zephyr and cocorenos (its part of the reno room and they dont use lard) and theres also a chinese place wok-n-roll that has veg options but yea.. they need more!

i want a romantic place on the beach even if its a sushi place with a lot of veggie options. why should only the meaties get to enjoy the ocean

You can always do Nobu in Malibu :) not on the beach, but they definitely love vegans.
