LA to San Francisco

LA to San Francisco

Postby lex on Wed Mar 11, 2009 12:31 am

I don't know why I haven't done a write up on this one! Millennium, Cafe Gratitude, Maggie Muds, Herbivore, etc! SF is an awesome vegan getaway. There's a hotel above Millennium called Hotel California, which is probably pretty nice. A ton of fun touristy things to do and someday we'll have a bullet train to just hop up there for the weekend like its nothing!

I LOVE SF! So many places to eat, I tend to try a different place for each meal! It's wonderful! :D

So far haven't found a place in SF I didn't like. The carrot cake @ Herbivore is AMAZING!!! Definately in the top 3 favorite foods I've ever eaten.

I'm not a big fan of Greens. They have a beautiful location but not much for vegans.

Yeah Greens sucks a big one. I don't know why its so popular they literally had to ask the cooks what was or wasn't vegan. I'd skip it all together.

Had add to this that if anyone goes to SF MAKE SURE YOU STOP BY RAINBOW COOP its a 30,000 Veggie Grocery Store with so much vegan stuff you'll walk by 50% of it and not even know it!
