Brite Spot Echo Park

Brite Spot Echo Park

Postby Christina on Mon Feb 16, 2009 3:27 pm

I was wondering about the cheese and meats there. The stuff is labeled "veggie" and nobody seems to get back to you with an answer there! The "veggie" club, which has turkey, bacon and cheese is pretty good and I just want to know if it can still be my drunken late night go to or should I just stick to the chili (which is my bf's favorite to get there). Those 2 aren't the only things "veggie" on the menu and you can sub "veggie" on certain things. I just really want to know if its vegan, HELP!

If you're not in a 100% vegan establishment its best to assume its not vegan and ask to see the package the product came in. I tried looking up contact info for Brite Spot, but their website is not functioning fully and their myspace account is deleted.

http://sodelicious.org/the-brite-spotea ... egan-haven This was a pretty decent post. They definitely have some vegan items would be great if we find a Brite Spot expert to illuminate on it!

i heard that brite spot used to be awesome as far as vegan options, but sometime in 2008 they went downhill and started being shady or something. that's just what i've heard...so i don't know if it's true. either way, i definitely want to check them out for myself.

oh wow, now we're talking! I've been trying to cross Elf off my list for a year! I've heard it's tiny as hell.
